Coaching walking
Outside for a good conversation
Sometimes therapy is too much and a conversation with a friend not enough. Then coaching walking outside may be something for you.
After an interview and a coaching contract is drawn we will make a first appointment.
During a walk that takes average one hour to an hour and a half we walk and talk in a pleasant and relaxing way to come to notion and clarity. Walking in nature is relaxing and soothing. During walking your thoughts comes to a rest. By making earth you will become free from your head and you can release so the solution easily arises.
Your question is the premise. I listen, stimulus and confront. We walk to the beach and do not have to look constantly in each other face so we can talk freely. We conclude the tour with a brief reflection in my office.
